We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us and let us know. We will correct any issues or replace the product if needed. If it can't be replaced to your satisfaction, we will refund your money back. All of our glasses and products are warranted for one year against defects occurring with normal wear and tear. We will always work with you to the best of our ability to find a solution to any problem that arises.

There are no additional shipping or delivery fees required with this or any purchase. All products and services are delivered to the location and person provided during checkout. The more information you provide, will help our team make sure your purchase gets to the intended patient.

Our Basic Eyeglass purchase includes your selected set of frames and standard lenses. To add on other features such as tints, transistion lenses or progressive lenses, review those products and add to your order.
